Taijiquan with master Lue De He - conclusions

My friend Flag asked how it was, so I think I have to give in to her curiosity and write this blog earlier than planned .

I kept my schedule as promised in the previous blog and it was a good decision.

I made a big step forward in the Yang42 and also got a lot of corrections for many moves and stances so that my taiji won't look the same anymore. But after four days of taijiquan classes in a row some muscles got really sore and I am also a bit exhausted physically. A coach told me to switch into the intermediate class .

I enjoyed every minute of these classes though they were pretty tough partly - imagine to run a form which takes usually 5 mins in half an hour due to the corrections in the stances and moves.

Master Lue De He is a very kind and friendly man. I am looking forward to see him again not only at the farewell barbeque but hopefully soon for the next training sessions - in Germany or in China.
