continuing on 42

3個評論It's a long time ago I blogged about Taiji and the yang 42...
Due to my trips I missed several lessons with the 42 but the last two lessons we worked on it ;) It's a beautifull form and we learn it pretty fast because there are severeal parts from the 24 in it.
At every lesson we spent at least half an hour on the 42. And the coach said to me that my 24 is getting smoother or "rounder"
though I hardly practiced - but I really should do more....
