    Hmm, we got back our telephone connection but not DSL . My mom said she wanted it all like before....sometimes it seems you have to tell those guys in the shops every single step . So I still have to surf with my mobile and I'm not sur to pay additional 100 Euros for gettting back DSL for some weeks until I move (we had to pay the fee of 60 Euros for telephone line already) ...continue to surf mobile is cheaper though less comfortable...so it's up to my mum to take the risk to get back the money for this from the other phone company but I doubt our chances are high ...

    So you guys have to wait a little longer of the pics for my trip to Budapest.

    Edit: Neither I can watch all the vids posted here .

    Yeah, it doesn't sound like it works well for the customer when the company messes up. Hopefully the new company will work out better when you move to your apartment. :)

    Seeker, it's the same company but they simply forgot to order it as well. Unfortunately we still have this service charge. the monthly fee will be around 27 euros alltogether. But in my new apartment I will take different phone company and everything will be cheaper then.

    Wow, that's a lot of money to get DSL service back.

    Is the phone service & the DSL service from two different companies? I was wondering why they'd charge that much to start DSL again if they could use the same telephone line that's already coming into the house.

    I guess it's different here. I haven't seen a charge for what they call 'start up' of DSL service. There is a monthly charge, usually just under $30 per month.

    What's the montly charge for DSL once you have it?
