    'bands where one guy is extremely difficult' --- i think that's the default story of every band... probably 90% of the time its the lead singer too...  (otherwise they would have been booted a long time ago!)

    i think it has a lot to do with the ego required to be a lead singer....  eventually they'll butt heads with other poeple in the band....
