SAN FRANCISCO - May 16, 2007 - Slide, Inc., the leading online personal media network, today announced the appointment of former LinkedIn and PayPal executive Keith Rabois as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. In this new role, Rabois will help set the company's strategic direction across all content and distribution channels, as well as establish industry-leading partnerships with companies in the media, entertainment and technology sectors.

"Keith's tremendous industry experience makes him the ideal candidate to take Slide's business relationships to the next level," said Max Levchin, founder and CEO of Slide. "I'm confident that Keith will help us extend our leadership role in the personal media space. I'm very excited to have him join our team."

After leaving PayPal, Rabois was COO of Epoch Innovations and later became Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Clarium Capital Management. Rabois currently serves on the Board of Directors of Yelp, Vendio, Xoom and Fanlq.

"I'm very excited to be joining Slide, especially at a time when people are starting to see and appreciate the value of widgets as personal media networks," said Rabois. "Slide's innovation and growth trajectory, coupled with its leadership in this category, make it well positioned to win in this marketplace. I'm looking forward to helping accelerate the company's success."
