  Hello,
  
  haha... forgot to  give the Subject to the diarys :-)
  Training for Register is stocking because my left ankle is hurt very much. The doctor said my ankle tortured from a hard landing. I had my first injection and it worked a little bit better. Now I try more of them that I can use my ankle like before!
  
  Swim training works good. My plan is to increase the swimming styles that I have to do. I want to try every month the programm that I have to do for the Register.
  
  I don´t receive a answer because of changing my catgery´s. Hope this week I know more.
  
  This weekend there is a seminar from a chinese Trainer here in Germany. Want to visit it because he show some Fanziquan. Try to make some Photos and add them in the next blog.
  
  The Wushu WM is over and I hope every athlete is well and had great experience there. Congrats to all the Winners and thanks to all the guys who give us fast information about the competition.
  Great job to all.
