• My job that requires patience. Lots of it.

  Being in the photography line especially commercial requires lots of patience. Reason being, 1) we needa tolerate with unreasonable people, people who can’t make up their mind what they really want and we ended up doing more and working unnecessary extra hours. 2) People who think they are ‘clever’ enough to make your life miserable. 3) People who are purely evil when they thought they can boss you around. Obviously people that I am talking about are mostly clients. But yesterday I encounter an asshole that is not even anybody bigger than the client. We’re basically working for the same client, just in different line. Let’s just call him X, in TVC production. This takes place at a studio on location where everybody needs to use the same set to shoot. When my colleague and me reached that place they were already halfway filming, so as usual and expected we sat and waited for our turn. After 3 hours of waiting we politely asked when would it be our turn as we only need 15 minutes to shoot that set. I understand that we had to wait and X being the person in-charge was under stressed speaks rudely to us. He not only is rude to us, he’s even rude to another guy working under him. Is that even necessary, we are also trying to get our job done well. He is not even our client, even if he is; he has no rights to do so. No respect for him at all. Later, we decided not to deal with him and turned to our client instead. She who saw the whole scenario apologizes to us. That makes our day better.
  
  What makes our life brighter later that day was this. After a hard days work.
