Ando Masanobu joins Mei Lanfang

Beating out SMAP star Taki Kimura for the part of a Japanese Military Officer,  Japanese Actor Ando Masanobu has been added to the cast of Chen Kaige's 'Mei Lanfang'  biopic,  which will feature Leon Lai taking the role of the famous opera master and Zhang Ziyi playing a female actress opposite Mei.
