According to a report by the China News Service, a survey of Hong Kong box office totals from the past 10 years reveals that actor Andy Lau is the top overall box office draw with a total of HK$570 million (~US 73 million) in tickets sold. Top female was Sammi Cheng with HK$360 million and the prolific Johnnie To pulled in HK$350 million to be the top director.
