Director Peter Chan is in a race against the clock to finish his period epic 'Warlords' starring Jet Li, Andy Lau and Takeshi Kaneshiro. He wants to apply to be China's nominee for the 'Best Foreign Film' Academy Award (aka 'Oscar Award').
