Since she was very young, Jacinta has always enjoyed and participated in her mom’s love of bringing people together and making any occasion memorable, whether it was a small simple gathering or an elaborate event. Having had enough of the corporate fashion world, Jacinta pursued her passion for Cake Decorating by training at the Wilton School of Cake Decorating.

Her love of cake decorating and entertaining took on full speed in November 2003 and her company, Complete Deelite, was born. Complete Deelite is a culmination of a life-long artistic pursuit and the fulfillment of a vision.

Complete Deelite promotes all products relating to cake decorating, baking and party supplies. The cake studio is an inspirational hub where students can enjoy and learn the art of cake decorating, baking and entertaining.

Complete Deelite also accepts commissions for specialty cake designs for special occasions. Not only is this a work of art, but it’s delicious too!

Located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, in Central Hong Kong, Complete Deelite will provide a little home experience for many. Through the making of beautifully decorated cakes and delights, we can enhance those very special moments in our lives.
