GekTV brings Asian TV to US homes via Broadband

Asian TV fans in the US will have a new method of getting their fix of Chinese language TV and movies delivered to their home starting next month. GekTV's new broadband-based TV service will begin a subscription program. They've already signed exclusive deals with Hong Kong's TVB, iCable and others. Additionally a deal with video distributor Tai Seng will enable a movie channel. Cambodian and Vietnamese channels are planned and Indian and Filipino programming is being planned.
