Hey Guys,

I havnt been blogging due to my relocation back to Australia. I've finally got my act together so ill update you guys on some of the things i've been up to :

First of all i was very fortunate to be apart of Master Chef Neil Perry's cocktail bar "The Waiting Room;

As you know i am a creature of the night..... or so to speak, to have some balance in my life i started "brazilian jiu jitsu" where i have been training hard the last 6months or so!!

I Train at Ground Zero in Melbourne

My efforts paid off i recently came 1st in a local competition Can you tell that im a Bartender? please don't let the Peace sign fool you haha

The Panda like eyes.... i with 2 hours sleep

It goes to show that anything is possible if you put your mind to it!

Anyways..... around this time of the year i always share with everyone a recipe you can enjoy at home

Rudosph's Martini:

45mls vodka
10mls kaluha
10mls chambord or cherry liqour
1 fresh espresso
4-5 fresh cherries.

I'll get a picture up and shortly!

add allingredients in a mixing glass shake and dance in the spirit of the season strain and garnish with a cherry. Served with love and a side of chocolates

For the past decade, he has worked his way from the perfectionism of the F-and-B scene in Australia to the high-octane nightlife of Central in Hong Kong. His experience includes supervisory roles at Vic Harbor Kitchen + Bar and cocktail hot spots Amber Lounge and Marrakech in Melbourne, where he was a part of some of the most influential drinks programs in the country.
