Zhang Yimou, Jet Li among 'Men of 2008'

Thirty Chinese celebrities, including famous director Zhang Yimou and action star Jet Li, were honored as "Esquire Men of the Year 2008" in Beijing on Tuesday. The fifth annual event was hosted by the well-known magazine Esquire (Shishangxiansheng in Chinese). Zhang won for crafting exceptional opening and closing ceremonies at the Beijing Olympics, while Jet Li was honored for starting the charity fund, the One Foundation.
