Today CCTV-6, the producer for the awards show confirmed the actors appearing in the film - three of the top Mainland film stars - Zhang Ziyi ('Hero', 'Croutching Tiger, Hidden Dragon', 'Memoirs of a Geisha'), Ge You ('The Banquet', 'To Live') and Liu Ye ('Postmen in the Mountains', 'Lan Yu','Blood Brothers' ).
No word yet on the story, although Chinese press reports imply that it will be comedic in nature, something out of the norm for Zhang Ziyi. Also the costumes used in the film will be auctioned off during the awards show as part of a fundraiser for Jet Li's One Foundation charity.
The awards show is set for October 27th.
