Black is Beautiful is my new online visual database of black markers from Artline to Zebra, showing the wide variety of my "black-quisitions" over the past decade.In addition to the searchable marker database, there are brand profiles on different international marker companies, a monthly feature called "Uncapped" that profiles a variety of people connected to black markers, and a store section which carries the B.I.B 500 poster.Created exclusively for Equal Dist. in commemoration of the new B.I.B site are 16 individual illustrated frames that were used to create the "B.I.B Running Man" animation featured on the new B.I.B main page.This hand drawn, numbered and signed series is available to purchase via Equal Dist now. -

I have known Tom Messenger for about a decade and we've tried to come together to do little DIY print projects together, but i've always wanted to do more substantial projects with him.
We're both studio hermits and while looking through the variety of work we both produce, we noticed a point of intersection in the images that focus on the tools of our trade.
Tom does amazing linocut and illustration work featuring arrangements of functional items that are found in and around creative working spaces.
I have an affinity for collecting and documenting black markers.
So here we are presenting our first show together, blowing graphic riffs in simple black and white.
Stay hep to the movement, we're just getting warmed up.

Poster / Tee / Graphic Collateral for Adidas Fixed Gear Revolution 3.
Spread out over a 3 Day program in late August, hundreds of riders and spectators gathered for this annual event that brings together members of the International, Chinese and Beijing fixed gear cycling community.
Looking forward to working with the team at Beijing Fixed to create next years graphics.
