Amelie

Amelie, we gave her this name.

Amelie, from the French film "Amelie" by Audrey Tautou.  In the film, she's so pretty, with a brain w/ all the strange thoughts.  We want our little girl as pretty as her, and most importantly, as strange/ weird as her.  That's fun to have a strange girl.  I grew up so ordiary, so traditional, so passive.  I want my girl to be a bit of fun and naughty.  That's why we named her Amelie.

That year, we went to Paris, and on the flight, my E asked me if I got pregnant this time, let's name her "Amelie".  He always wanted a girl.  

So here is my little Amelie - fun, naughty, w/ huge eyes
