Comic books

As requested by jw6h (Cindy), I'm going to write down what I felt about the comics (pls. see previous blog on Taiwan trip (3))  I read in Taipei:

(1) 我們這一家 by けらえいこ  -  this is my favourite comic book, it's the story about a Japanese family, and the housewife in the famliy is the main character.  I think it's a popular comic in Japan (to aoi_terence, right?), cos it has TV cartoons, and movie (released in this year), toys, and I even have the doll house (in Taipei).  It's funny and very realistic, so I feel very touch cos I'm a housewife as well.  It has 12 volumes translated in Chinese so far.

(2) 美食偵探王 by 寺沢大介 - same author as 將太的寿司; I got both of the comics.  I think he's a famous Japanese author.  I love it cos it introduce lots of thing about food, plus I love reading 推理書 (mystery book).  They are all short stories.

(3) 黃昏流星群 by 弘兼憲史 - same author as 部長島耕作; Short love stories of mature people. It has 28 volumes translated in Chinese so far; pretty good in the first 10 volumes, but it's getting bored now; but I still bought it cos I got the first volume, and  so I want the complete volume.

The other 2 comics - 蠟筆小新 and 幸福國宅; they are my E.'s favourite, but I didn't read it yet.  But he said the 2nd one is good.  As you can see, we love Japanese comics.  My favouite author is 柴門ふみ, I have all her comics, such as 東京愛的故事, 愛情白皮書, 女强人俱樂部 etc.   Any good comic you can introduce to me?
