Lost & Found

I can't hardly remember losing anything in  my life.  Keys? NO.  Purse?  NO.  Umbrella?  NO.  Pen? Yes, I lost a pen my freind gave it to me many years ago, and I really like it cos it has a crown on the other end, very cute.  I still feel bad of losing that pen.

Last Saturday, I went out with Amelie and I put my NIKE white hat on her little bike's basket when she's playing in the playground.  Then we went to "7-11" to buy drink and we went home.  Not until yesterday evening I found that my hat was missing.  My E and I searched for every corner and still can't find it.  My E said," you seldom lost anything."  And I felt really bad, cos I love that hat, and i bought it from the website in Taiwan, and I'm not sure if I can still find it. 

This afternoon I went out as usual to pick up Amelie from the school.  When I passed the garden in my neighbourhood, I found a sweeper wore my NIKE white hat.  Oh my God!  I rushed towards her and asked ' "did you pick it up from somewhere?  It belongs to me."  And she said,' yes, i found it on the entry of Block A (the building I live), and I think no one want it, OK, now, I give it back to you."  I am so angry cos it's so dirty, lots of yellow stain on it, and I brought it to the dry clean shop, they are not sure if it can be cleaned. 

I'm happy I found it, but I am still so angry it became so dirty, it's a white hat !  I wonder if I can still see the snowy white again.
