    Yesterday was such a beautiful day....clear skies and warm, but with a slight breeze. Today, is another one of those lovely days, but way too hot...I took my 7 am yoga class this morning and thought I was about to collapse in my own sweat (I know...its a bit nasty, but FUN!). I might be crazy, but i will do another class later....hopefully, then i will feel more energized and fresh.

    Another thing that was so much fun yesterday was shooting for National Geographic, Michael Wong and I will be hosting the 10th Anniversary, viewers can go online at www.ngcasia.com and vote for their favorite documentaries. For the whole month of June  at 10 pm prime time, we will be counting down  the  top 30 documentaries on National Geographic....The show will be fun and your mind will be nourished with information that you might have never guess or even thought of. I love the channel!!!
    So, get on line and vote now!!!

    Hey Ankie, I've put some of the photos my assistant producer took of the NGC shoot on my profile page. Check em out. Hope the shoot in Langkawi went well. p.s., the NGC Top 30 rated No. 1. Well done!

    Well, I haven't seen a blue sky for the last 9 months since I am back in HK from UK.

    Yesterday I went out to photograph some personal work at Kwun Tong and I was sweated like a dog.  But at least I got some great shots of the old town!

    Just wish it isn't so damn hot (20 years in UK isn't easy to get used to the HEAT - WA WA WA.

    yes the weather is great (more breeze would be good though), i hope it stays this way.
