Lee Cheuk-pan is born in Hong Kong on 1986. From 2005 to 2007, he has been working as an assistant director in the film production. In 2008, Lee has directed on a current affairs commentary program at the first Hong Kong online television platform host by Oriental Press Group LTD named ONTV. The film, Free For 90 (2009), is Lee's first directorial feature. It's an official selection by “The 4th Chinese Young Generation Film Forum” (2009) in Beijing, and also selected by “Hong Kong Asian Independent Film Festival 09”.
