  • CASTING NOTICE for Cedar Grove OnStage

    2007-09-26 12:18PM / 標準BLOG / 會員可以看

We are moving forward with my new theatre company, Cedar Grove OnStage, which will be presenting new Asian American theatre works at the downtown Los Angeles Theatre Center, beginning in 2008. Our debut production will be a great new play by the award-winning veteran performance artist, Dan Kwong, with the working title, "Show Me Some Stuff" (see synopsis below).

We have already had two readings, and in further developing the play, will be workshopping it in November. This will allow us to have the cast work on their feet, incorporating movement, which there is a lot of. The play will include displays of martial arts, as well as disco dancing.

We have just begun the casting process, and the casting notice below will be coming out this week, on various casting sites and publications.

    Thanks again for reading,

    CT
