As we journey into our last week of rehearsal on Pandas at The Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh Scotland, I can't help but feel extremely blessed to be part of this wonderful production. It might sound a little silly, but I actually look forward to going to work every morning!
I still remember how in awe I was on the first day of meeting the brilliant and talented Pandas crew! After a morning of 'meet and greet', we were led to one of the theatres inside The Traverse to do a 'read-through' of the play. Well, nervous was definitely an understatement!!! But everyone was so warm and welcoming (actually, I have decided people in Scotland are the friendliest people I have ever met in my life!), and I was so overjoyed to be able to work with one of my most admired director again, Rebecca Gatward, whom I had the privilege to last worked with on BBC's Casualty.
Going back to the 'read-through'. the other actors are so skilled they have the ability to turn words on a page into something so intriguing and captivating right from the word 'go'!! I am just grateful to be able to learn from them every single day.

It has been many many months since I last visited AnD...
2010 was a wonderful year and I cannot begin to thank the stars for all the amazing opportunities I was given.
The journey continues and the challenges await.
Armed with nothing but my bare soul, filled with love for the things I do....

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
two roads diverged in a wood, and I --
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
