I'm very excited that season 5 of the U.S. version of "The Office" debuts next week. If you are unaware of his work, I invite you to crawl out from the cave you currently live in and enjoy his true genius. He first made a name for himself as a member of the famed Second City improv-comedy troupe. From there he was a cast member of the short lived, but hilarious "Dana Carvey Show" and most notably as a correspondent on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart". Before he starred in blockbuster films "The 40 Year Old Virgin", "Evan Almighty", and "Dan In Real Life", he became a cult icon in frat houses everywhere with his role as Brick Tamland, the dimwitted weatherman, in Will Ferrell's "Anchorman". Here's the proof (1:58 is my favorite):

I love The Office. Have you seen him in Little Miss Sunshine? He plays a suicidal gay man stuck in an unfunny situation, but he still manages to be hilarious in a deadpan sort of way. Completely different kind of humor from The Office and 40 Year Old Virgin, but still great.

huge office fan and have liked his work for years. Big Rainn Wilson fan too.
