Day 2 -- Macau was beautiful.

Skies were blue, birds were chirping and everyone was in full prep for the upcoming Chinese New Year.

We, on the other hand...collectively rolled out of bed at noon (only coz we HAD to) and congregated under the stunning Venetian lobby skylight to decide where to go for brunch.

Pat...a little hungover...and a little sore in the derriere region... (read his blog to know more~!!!)

Somebody brilliant suggested famous 'A Lorcha'...

...and our 20+ group descended upon it like hungry wolves...

Once the delicious dishes started arriving at our tables, I had to start documenting by taking lots of pictures...(what some at the table called) "Grace's Food Porn"... Hey~! Bitten by the work bug I guess...I just LOVE taking photos...especially of yummy food~!

Michael...I SEE YOUuuuUUuuuUuu~! He was also at it with the...'food porn'...

Alrighhht...stop drooling y'all~~~! For those dishes I didn't get on camera, they were devoured before I could grab them for a quick snap. I suggest paying 'A Lorcha' a visit next time you're in Macau~!

But wait...I saved the best for last...these two heavenly desserts called "木棣布丁" or  "Serradurra" is a thick, ultra-creamy milk-crème pudding topped with crumbled biscuits and chocolate mousse...made me almost want to quit working in front of the camera and just eat these three times a day~!!!

Afterwards, I explored Macau a little and came across another famous restaurant that I'll try next time.

Everytime I go to Macau, I always eat some of the popular & famous Portugese egg tarts.

OK. I know Patrick's B'day at The View, Sands Casino was like, two weeks ago, but good things get blogged about endlessly and mine is another attesting to how successful the party was!

That night, I had my modeling agency's annual dinner to attend first...It was great to hang out with everyone and play silly games on stage.

After catching (just barely!) the midnight ferry across to the Sands, I found Pat a little...sleepy?

Then somehow (could it have been all the shots we made him chug?), he suddenly rallied and took the PODIUM by storm!!!

The crowds watch wonderboy Pat perform gravity-defying dance moves...he claims to not remember this part of the night...naturally...

Some friends there were also celebrating...Happy Birthday Michael!

After the fun night, going back to the room at the Venetian was a DELIGHT. I've stayed at the Las Vegas Venetian and the rooms are exactly the same in terms of luxurious decor and finishing.

We started off with a little chit-chat with Cyrus Chow, our emcee extraordinaire for the event.

THEN...Eric and I had a 'DANCE OFF' with the latin dancers~! Hahhaaaa

...we managed to hold our own, I think!

I love my job. Even more so when I work with great teams and get to travel as well.

In December,I went to Beijing to shoot two music videos with fellow AliveNotDead member ERIC SUEN 孫耀威! Shooting with the fantastic team around the sights of BJ, I had an awesome time - especially since it was my FIRST TIME there~!

It was really REALLY cold though (minus 10 degrees celsius!!!) so I was glad we were able to wear down jackets and scarves instead of the usual model-reverse-shooting-season where we wear bikinis in the winter and wool jackets in the dead of summer. (Another blog to come about the trip!)

Have to give a shout-out to Eric now, who has an amazing voice and is a great guy. His new album '只要和你在一起' has done extremely well on the charts and the songs are hot favourites at karaoke. Congrats Eric~! Hope your songs reach the top of the charts one by one. Also a huge group hug to the crew - you guys are amazing, especially one crazy cool Director KIM CHAN and awfully hard-working and equally adorable CeCilia who put everything together. Thanks for showing me an awesome time guys~!

Oh my...has it been THAT long since I last blogged?!?

Life obviously got in the way and I promise I'll make it up by blogging like mad these coming weeks to re-cap what I've been up to with work, holiday trips and friend visits...but FIRST, some great pics of the 'Looking For A Star' movie premier I was at tonight.

Directed by Andrew Lau, starring Andy Lau and Shu Qi and a host of other great actors, this movie makes you laugh, cry and believe in fate and real-life fairy tales. It's a great movie that warms your heart and hence a perfect date movie. Go check it out~!!!
