    i have never seen anything like that,
    even if they are prisoners, they are making a good impression, and as you mentioned DeLano, the positive effects on the people itself is also a good improvement

    Well, it's certainly an interesting exercise program.  And there's something to be said about getting a prison full of convicts to do something together.

    it is said it helps with discipline and reduced the fights among inmates.

    I've seen them before ~ it's at a prison in the Philippines ~ at least it's something healthy for them to do while they're locked up!!!
