another week... i have been listening to the art tatum live at the shrine zenph cd all week. this and the ting tings. things done include new fabric for my bed, a new picture for my wall, a bunch of meetings on detour & the ambassadors, the finishing of my article for iLook's Oct issue, a visit to LEAD @ cyberport, way too many meals at Zuma, watching an entire season of Weeds... i wish i had had the energy to read a book. rather i spent a lot of time mucking around...
i wish i could read my blog without writing it. Or: wouldnt it be lovely to just see yourself from the outside? I love my new meditation mantra "I am arriving, i am home." I'm so home that i want to go away for a bit maybe...
I loved the random economics articles in the Times this week. Mankiw on politicians for economists and Ben Stein on love. I think i will just start naming people company's. What junk companies are there out there for appropriation? Too many... It's ok, probably equal number of people we know also (not grammatical, i know).
I think we are all sick of reading the same articles on the new china. Things that have been written about a bit too much - classical music, architecture, consumers, and art. Time to move on.
Am in love with the mummy chair and the 85 chandelier.
Going to plan my party in Beijing next week now. Dry run's start now... 26 days and the countdown continues.
