  i am committing the ultimate sin by basically living my whole life from my bed. As an insomniac, there is nothing worse than this as... well whatever. given that i am grinding away at my jaw, i'm probably going to have to work on the whole sleep thing today anyways...
  i went to see The Incredible Hulk last night. Thought it was going to end like 3 times but it kept on going... and found the teaser at the end not interesting at all... not that i have read comic books for a while but am actually curious to go back and read a couple... love that films get me back into genres of books that i would otherwise forget about. not that i am going to do anything about it most probably but whatever, fun anyways. Oh yes - and was reminded in the film of the thought that X-Men was about racism? is that a fact or was that imparted upon it? Probably its a fact, but still, how many ideas do we put upon things that arent actually there...
  its sunday and i am, as i already said, in bed. Still. Listened to the new Death Cab CD (is that embarassing?) and have decided that they, like coldplay whom they sound like and whom i find SO BLAND, are very backgroundy. We listened to Panic at the Disco in the car yesterday and found it to be beyond edgeless and superpoppy and a cross between way too many pseudo cool images or influences and children's music. but i guess thats what its supposed to be.
  Tried to read and get swept up into greek mythology but my brain is too clouded for even that... did manage to see that the margin of difference between US and China's emissions has hit about 14%, that liquidity is king and the savior of all markets, and that Wierd Al Yankovich has a new CD out. Also saw an article about this guy i met in Beijing in the IHT. Qiu zhijie (aka Joe) the artist who works with the guy who saves people from committing suicide off the nanjing bridge. The prints were interesting. love this one...

  

  Anyhow it was a weekend of natural disasters and actually a fashion disaster or two as well. i personally didnt match AT ALL last night but then again, i could have done worse... no further comments allowed...
