6個評論Whew...it's been a hell of a ride lately...
First of all, many thanks, hugs, kisses and the occasional inappropriate rub to all those who joined in the madness last weekend at the Pier Pressure gig. The turn out was a nice surprise as was the keg of tasty ale that the good folk from Star Crossed Tattoos had to offer at the show...both complimented the metal quite nicely. A big thanks to El Destroyo who played an awesome set and to Jay Forster n Co who offered their spandex stretching skills to make the place look like a hot, pink....ummmm...cave
Sunday was spent mostly in bed recovering as the evening turned into a marathon afterwards. Birds were chirping and people were off to lunch by the time the head hit the pillow. Think the only thing I managed to do was to get up (at 8pm!), make some Kraft Dinner and then roll back into bed till 6am the next day. Had to catch up on sleep...the next day was to be a challenging one!
Starting Monday, we paired up with Mr. Dan F (of Yumla/Corona Fame) and Peter Gorton (of Soler/Italy Fame) at K-Town Studios in (surprisingly enough) Kennedy Town to begin our new approach on finishing this album. Pete's doing some engineering for us while Dan's doing what he does best...twidling his knob(s)
2 days and 14lbs of cheese later we have some exciting news...
...this news will come shortly after tonight...
