    Dusk - yes, it's true, he really could put his sombre heart into his music in a sincere way.  I think his expression of isolation sort of makes other people feel less isolated.

    I saw him perform in an impromptu concert once not long before he died, not far from where he lived.  He had this strange quality to his performance, you really weren't sure if he was going to play another song or just call it a night and head home.
