This event attracted the unexpected like Jason Wahler of "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills." Bands performing that evening were Seriously and my new favorite, Paperdoll rocked the event. The event once again was held at the Peterson Automotive Museum in the Miracle Mile District in Los Angeles -

"BROWN SOUP THING" is written and directed by Edward J. Mallillin. The film received tremendous support and kudos from the Filipino-American community including actor Rob Schneider. -

Attended my first time at the Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture in San Pedro, California. The festival takes place annually; last year was their 17th year celebrating Filipinos, Filipino-Americans and Pinoys worldwide.
The 17th Annual Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC), Southern California’s largest and longest-running Filipino cultural celebration, took place on September 6 & 7, 2008 at the beautiful seaside park Point Fermin in San Pedro. Last year’s theme wass “Katutubong Landas – Our Native Ways” – celebrating cultural traditions of the Filipino community.
This was a working weekend for me doing camera work for upcoming episodes to be featured on "Flipped Switch." But, that doesn't mean I had fun rediscovering how rich my heritage was...and still is!
New photos posted with stand-up comedian Jokoy, internet personality, Christine Gambito ("Happyslip") and singer Camile Velasco ("American Idol").
