Imaging Hong Kong - Contemporary Photography Exhibition

Well, a bit lazy to reuse an email content to post on the blog... so if anyone read it before, sorry!

In case you/your friend is staying in Hong Kong for Christmas and New year holiday, this exhibition is great for giving another impression on Hong Kong. The curatorial approach is very interesting, they included different artists, from senior photographer to emerging guys like me; from Documentary to conceptual work, from B/W classic to new media inspired.



Apart from the impression of Skyscraper, A Tale Of Three Cities (New York, London, Hong Kong, Times cover story on Financial Centres), Chungking Mansions from Chungking Express (by Director Wong Kar-wai), or cliché imageries of fishing/trading port from Hollywood movie. I think it is a good show to observe this city with various ways of seeing.
