  "'August 29', a film I shot near to two years ago was recently re-screened at a new campaign initiative by Health Promotion Board (Singapore) call Love +ve.

  Commissioned by Health Promotion Board, this film aims to raise awareness about AIDS and safe-sex in a subtle way. “August 29″ was first screened at Orchard Cineleisure early last year and it’s a heart-wrenching love story about a girl who’s dying of AIDS and how she chooses to spend her last days with her ex-boyfriend, a photographer.

  Her ex-boyfriend, the photographer, would be me. haha

  Seriously, I really like this film. I think the team behind it was brilliant, the motivation behind the story was cause worthy and the execution of it was tasteful. Though there are certain parts of the film where I cringe due to my raw acting. I’m positive my craft is much better now. LOL! So do pardon me!
