  In 2003 I went on a trip to Belize with GM Arthur Sikes for a training and retreat.  I thought I lost these pictures but I recently found them while going through some old cds that had no labels!  I hope you enjoy.. I miss my teacher!!

  Well, finally I get to post my pictures.  I have been pretty busy after coming back from my trip to China. 

  Well, we arrived Oct 5th and left Oct 17th.  During that time we were in Beijing and rode the train to Xian. 

  The first few days there my sister and I were taken around by Master Li until the rest of our group came.  We trained at the Chinese Wushu Assoc. for a few days then did some sight seeing in Beijing.  We then went on a train ride to Xian and spent the rest of our stay there going to a some places and also seeing the Terracotta Warriors.  That I would say was probably the most memorable time besides training. 

  I do wish that we could have stayed there without the group except for a selected few.  I dont understand how some people travel half way across the world, visiting another country and have this 'attitude' of how people live.  I wonder if they dont understand that some things done are because of custom or that is just the way they live.  This person made me feel embarrassed being an American with their words of cussing towards an elder chinese woman.  This person I did try to stay away from during the whole trip.  There were others there who were very nice and respectful towards others. 

  So, maybe the next time there, I shouldnt go along with a group like that where I dont know everyone going except for a few.  I will be returning soon since I am registering to start acupuncture school while my boss is going into here PhD training with her teacher Dr. Shi Xue Min.  I cant wait to start but I am quite scared at the same time.  I did finish my Assoc in Applied Science and now work in the acupuncture office doing massage and doing all paperwork.  I love it!
