    Allow the drugs! I wanna see how far the human body can REALLY push itself before utterly self-destructing. American Idol does a similar thing with entertainment. Why not allow people to willingly destroy themselves in the name of sport.

    100m sprint, sub 5 seconds, 3 heart attacks and one exploded artery system. That's entertainment.

    i'm happy to see I'm not the only one that sees through the whole thing as little more than shallow and cynical marketing campaign for fizzy drinks, fast foods and boring cars. Sport? What sport?

    Amen to that. If an unhealthy overdosing of steroids and all the other 'cheating' aids became fair play and they managed to pry itself away from all the advertising ... then I would gladly watch.

    At moment it's people trying to sell you stuff with other people running around throwing sticks in the background.
