  My friend Darcy just wrote an article about graffiti in Shenzhen. From this, I got the idea to do a four part series about hip hop culture in Shenzhen, covering the four basic elements: graffiti, rapping, djing, and breakdancing. The part about rapping will come out on Thursday. Hip hop is a major passion of mine, so its nice to report on something like this. I met with local graffiti artist YYY to get some shots for the story, but unfortunately I forgot to send them in on time! So that's who you see above, writing on the longest graffiti wall in Shenzhen. Here's a few more pictures from that day.
