Murin-an Villa （無鄰菴）

It's been a long time since I wrote my last blog!
Now, I'm suffering from hay fever... I wish I could get rid of this hay fever!

Well, in the autumn of last year I and my friend visited to Murin-an Villa which is the former villa of a politician in the Meiji period in Kyoto. Even though it was unfortunately raining, we enjoyed beautiful garden and autumn color of leaves there. If you visit there, you'll be able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with looking at beautiful scenery...
Today I came here to share pics with people who are interested in my blog and Kyoto. Hope you like it and you find my pics informative !

The beautiful autumn leaves in Eikando Temple

I visited to Eikando Temple which is famous for the beautiful colored leaves alone yesterday.

Eikando Temple has become synonymous with autumn color of leaves, and in autumn many Japanese and tourists from abroad enjoy viewing the leaves change colors... Even if the Temple is far from the train stations, there were many people there!

Maybe it was the first time that I had seen such a beautiful place. I got tired from walking... but I could have a great time enjoying beautiful scenery and breathe good air.

Asari gohan (あさりごはん) and Oden (おでん)

I had asari gohan and oden last night for dinner.

I don't know what it's called in English, but " Asari " means " clam " in English.

"Oden" is a typical Japanese dish, many different foods such as vegetables, white radish and konnyaku are boiled together in a large pot with a soup seasoned with soy sauce. It's suitable for colder seasons. Many Japanese often eat it in winter because we can buy it even at convenience stores !
I especially like daikon (white radish)and eggs...

By the way, the manager's husband may pass away soon because he has a serious disease right now. She has been off work for nine days in a row. Considering her feeling, I don't know what to say...
I'm pretty busy with work lately, because I have to do the work of 2 men.

I'm confused about my feelings, but I'll go to Eikando Temple to see the autumn colors this weekend anyway.

Very pleased to hear you are getting out and doing things. I am fine, had a gall bladder removed last August and i can now eat normal food again. Still have to be a bit careful but doing fine.

One day I would like to see Japan, from castles in Tokyo to beaches in Okinawa, so many interesting things and places but the world economy is not good at the moment.

i also hear that the new government in Japan is making the economy stronger so things should start to get better.

hey, glad to hear from you. how r u? yes, indeed- there are A LOT of wonderful places in Ukraine. we have (not too many) tourists from Japan, and they love here, and especially our food! so you are welcome to visit my country!
yep, Im fluent in few languages, and currently working on some more. its kinda nice , to be able to live a 'multilanguage' life :)

Thanks very much for your sweet words, Jiushi San :) yeah, i agree with you, everything has two sides, i should correct my attitude for my work^^ in fact, i want to continue learning in French after two years, maybe this work will make me mature in these two years, so i can go there for studying and living alone:)
Gold is always glitters, i think this sentence is so suitable for you: art, design, graphics software and languages, you can do those very well, sugoi~ i'm sure that you were a so good and hard-working student when you were at school :D
As for the plan for the end of the year, i havent yet, because of the begining of the work, i don't have much holidays, just have three days of legal holidays i think >< and you? do you make plan for it ?
