i’m glad i live in hong kong.

i’m a news junkie. i love reading it watching it, hearing it.  i need to just have news coming into my head.  with the exception of fox and some CNN shows, i’m pretty much game for any news source.  oh xin hua is not the greatest sometimes too, but i cannot complain about the penchant for throwing photos with hot chicks on the website.  ’nuf said.  

anyway, that’s beside the point.  after i’ve been watching the news non-stop for the last couple of days, i realise that i really cannot complain about anything here other than pollution.  there really is nothing.  i look around the world and i see war, political turmoil, a long and annoying election process, earthquakes, bombings, terrorism.  and really hong kong’s biggest concern is overpopulation and pollution.

 i really do feel lucky that i am also alive in these times.  where people can communicate in a way that doesn’t requite the beating of a drum or smoke signals.  my life has been perfect as of late.  i’m moving house, taking new directions an i’m just pretty excited about everything.  hope that wherever you are, things are good. unless you are jo, who is quite sick right now.  so in that case, i hope you feel better.
