Born out of Parimaribo, Suriname, raised in the Bay Area, and now working in Hollywood's film industry, I've been working in the business for 8 years.
A little history about myself regarding the industry: back in 1998, I co-founded an action group called ZeroGravity (http://www.zgmain.com) The basic goal was to bring out the speed, intensity, and innovation that Asian Cinema style filming brought, yet utilize the "local" resources available. Which, in our case, was very little, unless you include a vast library of combat styles, creativity unparalleled, and having the know-how to get material out to the world via the budding Internet.
Ranging from live shows, to student films, ZeroGravity was looking to expand into Hollywood in 2001. I made the move down, posted a notice on our website, and from there met some great individuals that later became part of ZeroGravity South Division.
Besides having created our own films online (Title Pending series, DAMN series, Kid Gusto VS the Matrix, Battle of the Stunt Monkeys) We have also taken our services into the professional Film, Television, and Video Game industry. My credits include Street Kings, Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End, and the upcoming film Black Dynamite!
