They all look wonderful and the presentation on all those colorful plates only compliments the beauty of these treats! In my (not so humble) opinion, good treats should please as many of the senses as possible--they should look appealing, smell wonderful, have a nice texture in one's mouth and taste grand! If all those "requirements" are met, the fifth sense is pleased as well with a slow "ummmmmmmm..." ;) Best of luck to your cafe. With treats like these, I have no doubt it will be very successful :)
