So, as said before, I went to watch my friend's dance lesson. That was pretty intersting to watch and not that girly for a girl hip hop classe. :P
Then I went in a hurry to buy new shoes and took Kenji's house lesson. That was just great! There were about 15 people following the course (whereas there were only 4 in the girl hip hop) and most (if not all) of them knew already how to dance. The class was focusing on some basic through a few combos and explanations were pretty clear. Surely, a better lesson than what I'm used to have in Belgium. The problem in Belgium is that it's more fun oriented and that you work for weeks on the same song with the same moves (it's pretty good to get those moves but I'm a wushu guy and I believe that getting basic steps first is far more useful).

On Thursday, I went to Inuyama to see Meiji Mura but as I was late I went for Inuyama's castle (Meiji Mura will be today hence I'll leave the explanation for later).

Friday, I went to meet a friend at her university. It was nice to eet a lot of her friends too. I really enjoyed it. We again met after class but as there was a typhoon alert and heavy rain was falling there was just the 2 of us. So we just went to a nearby restaurant and talked for about 2 hours.

In the evening, I had planned to go clubbin' and as I had received a flyer for a club where there was a dance battle as well as a show by Pinocchio (Kenji (yes, the same as above) & Pino), winner at Juste Debout 2008. As expected, the people in there where almost dancers only (some with a pretty high level). That was a great battle and the shows where good. And for the first time I could use the video mode on my new camera so you can expect a few videos once I'm back home. I didn't know what too expect but the HD mode gives a superb picture and sound is good for a camera.

Since I began dancing in 2007, I want to dance at every single moment. Be it house dance or hip Hop (New Style), I just can't stop dancing. Of course, I'm not forgetting about popping and locking though I'm not learning those at the moment. But I'm a huge fans of groups like Hilti & Bosch, Co-Thkoo, Umin,....
Be ready to see me at Juste Debout 2009 (in the audience, of course :-D)

Besides dance my other love is wushu. I've been practicing it in and out for years (but I'm still very bad at it as I can't seem to find time to train seriously although it's far better now).

I really enjoy to learn new languages. I currently speak French, English, Dutch (still learning) and Japanese (still learning) and the next on the list will be Mandarin.
