ADVENTURE GIRLS - My Muay Thai Mission...part 1

I just got back from the Philipinnes and it feels weird to have a sunburn and freezing your butt off at the same time! When I look out of the window, I can see that everything is covered in a thick layer of snow... I'm going to HK in two days... Trying to escape the cold!

Thailand is such an interesting place... We shot there and we had the best weather, the best food, fantastic accommodation and most importantly the coolest adventures!

For the Thailand episodes Erik and I were chosen to train in Muay Thai fighting. After the training one of us was going to be chosen to participate in a fight...

I always thought of Thai Kick boxing as a cruel sport, but now I do understand the background of it more and I even want to continue training!

Our first training started on a beach in Phuket.


You would think running whilst pulling a tire with a kid on top is easy... I found out it's not!!!




Here I'm being trained by TUK, the manager of the gym. He's only 30 years old, but he is retired already! He has won many fights and I felt honored to be trained by him.

This young fighter is called WOOT.

He has a crazy sixpack!!!!
He's already a champion in his region. He has beaten all the other kids in the same weight category. Now he has to travel to other places to find opponents...He will always be my little champion!


He's pretty lethal... I felt scared posing with him, hahaha!
