Woke up very early this morning!
I walked to the studio, which was only a few minutes away from my home for the photo shoot for my next project, a tv show.
The shoot went great! I had met the two other hosts before at another shoot, but we didn't have the chance to chat then. I got them to know a bit better, they're very cool girls! Our first outfits were bikinis...hm... I've been dreading this, coz I still haven't lost all of my winterfat yet. But everybody said that I had lost weight since the 1st shoot we did! Actually, I don't think I've lost any weight, but going to the gym everyday for just over one week now has already paid off! I must be toning up! What a great motivation to continue!!!
Funnily enough the studio was crowded with people whom I had no idea of if they were supposed to be there or not...and more kept coming...When we moved on to more decent clothes, the audience was suddenly gone, it figures...

Anyway, everybody was happy with the result of today's shoot! I went home to drop my stuff off and then met the production team again and some other friends for some delicious HOTPOT!
Yummy!!!

uhmm..only had hotpot once..it was august and I had just landed in Hk after 14 hours flight..I was supper jet lagged, kinda zombie and not hungry at all...so I dun have very good memories of it, but my friends insisted me on trying...
I'll b sure to try it again this summer in s better shape xD

I heart hot pot. Now if only it doesn't leave your hair smelling like food, it would be perfect. The bikinis are the best. I think the one piece deal makes every girl look fat.

Bikinis and hot pot... I'm definitely an avid supporter of both...

jk ... it's kind of unfortunate that there were so many unnecessary bystanders but congrats on success at the gym. Umm... hope to see photos of the shoot (or the hotpot) soon...

Sofa! --first time ever being sofa.
Yummy... I guess you might be in bed already, I am in the UK a few hours behind. hehe.. I am having hot pot buffet with friends tonight too.. :)

It is always hard to pose with less clothes while there are many ppl around, of course it also depends on your confidence too. I couldn't do it.. lol..

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Li-Tong holds a BA in the fields of Musical Theatre, Voice, Acting and Dance at the Conservatory of Rotterdam.

Making her debut as one of the original cast in the 1st UK-tour of the musical “THE KING & I”, she has also appeared as an international lead vocalist in the "Musical Moments" concerts, performing in Hong Kong and Beijing. She played the role of GIGI and understudied the roles of KIM and ELLEN in the Dutch production of "MISS SAIGON".

Apart from singing, Li-Tong has acted in several feature films such as "Kung Fu Killer" starring David Carradine and "Distance Runners". She has hosted various TV programs like "ADVENTURE GIRLS" 《丽险记》 which was shot all over Asia, "Shanghai A to Z" 《上海攻略》, "Expo 360" and "Inside Shanghai"

Li-Tong has globally released her first Mandarin MV entitled “Persistence” ,《再执着一点》 and she is currently playing the leading role of KIM in "MISS SAIGON" in Sweden.
