    Here are some little bits of the show!
    I'm the one doing the trapeze swinging in the first vid!



    I never tried conditioning my knees before, so this exercise was pretty painful as I already had bruises on my knees!

    It's fun for the kids, but oh so tiring for us, need to get in shape!

    The smiling faces on the two kids, so sweet, but that looks extremely tiring training.
    It would be cool to see a show like the adventure girls in the UK, it's empowering for women.

    Why do they always have you doing the dangerous athletic stunts and fighting? Why can't you be the one taking it easy getting a back massage for one episode??? heheh
