i started up BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) again in Sheung Wan....have been to 3 classes so far this trip....its been awesome!!!!...learnt a lot of new techniques, rolled with new ppl. and just loving every sweaty minute of it!! There are always diff. ppl. visiting from all parts of the world which makes it exciting...and our instructor has just announced an inter club bjj competition between all the bjj schools in hk on jan. 27!! which is just around the corner....i think he is expecting everyone to enter?! i love competition but would i be rdy haha??.....i also discovered my chest is hurting which i hope will go away in the next couple of days! i discovered it while inhaling thru a straw and feeling a sharp pain in the left side of my chest...then i started pressing down in that area and it hurt a lot more...sparring was quite ruff last class so maybe it was from that. But for those of you who dont know.....The feeling of choking someone or tapping them out is exhilirating!!! so despite all the injuries I've had it is worth it (all have been minor ones tho)! Ofcourse if you're the one who has to tap out then that is a diff. story haha....will post more as it gets closer to competition!! Peace everyone!!!
