Mixed Emotions

I'm not quite sure if I'm excited or if I'm stressed....

The night started out great...after waiting for so long Metallica is finally going to release a new album and to promote held an hour and a half live show from their Metallica HQ on the radio...man the songs are rocking...long riffs and drum solos..so far my fave song is End of the Line. I cannot wait till the 12th to finally get the album in my hands (legally...I know it's been leaked out by certain people but I refuse to download..it's just not fair to those who worked their butt off in getting the album done...).

Well the event ended at 11 pm ET time which is also the same time the latest Hurricane Ike advisory came out....guess what S. Fla is smack in the middle of the 5 day cone...this is my stress.

I know some are saying a lot can change in 5 days but hell I lived thru Andrew, Katrina, Wilma, etc. and not one of them was pleasant...but I guess this is what i need to live with..the only good thing is we get warnings and can plan ahead which unfortunitly this can not be said about other disaster...

Let's hope Ikie turns north and doesn't touch any land mass with it's 135 mph winds.

Keep on rockin you'll never know when it will be your last.....Oh and not to forget Go 'Canes..Let's crush those Gators!!!

4 months since my first blog..

Hi all!!

I hope life is more exciting for you than it has for me...it's been 4 months since my first blog and man I still don't know what to write about. I really suck at this..I'm great at reading others blogs and listening to others but I just don't know what to talk about.

You would think life would be more fun living here in sunny Miami but that's only for those who can afford to go out every night. My fun nights is actually finding time to play with my Wii or PS3. yeah I'm a gamer but not a hard core one..you know it was funny today someone actually seemed surprised that I was a gamer. At first I figured it was b/c I'm quite or maybe b/c I look innocent but nope..it was b/c I was a girl. Please girls can be gamers right..yeah a majority of gamers are guys but girls have the right to play and know a few that are better than some of my guy friends.

Anyways it's getting late time to hit the hay to get ready for another exciting day at work tomorrow. TGIF...we almost.

My very first blog and hopefully will not be my last!!!! After reading so many blogs from other people, I’m finally doing mines.

What kept me from writing one??? Well one thing for sure is I don’t know what to write. Does anyone really care what I write or want to say? After some thought I figured so what..this is my blog and I’ll write what I want to write. If you like what I write great and if you don’t then why are you reading this J…ha!
