    I translated a few points from the article.
    (In English)

    26 year-old Mark said: 
    “In my life, I have seen tremendous change, and makes me realize that 'life is short' "
    “I enter university, (approximately 02 years) and start to jog, run cross-country and run road races. The 10 kilometers race is my strong point, once helping the university to take many good results.” 
    “I have not competed in Asia or Hong Kong before and I don't know how it will feel to race under the conditions of the city."
    ”I start my running practice at 6:30am, then attend class, after 4:00  the class is finished. I take time to slightly rest and then practice running again, every day approximately 15 to 20 kilometers.
    “I hope that this race is only the beginning and I can continue running in Hong Kong."



    在 新 一 年 ， 我 希 望 人 們 可 以 重 新 認 識 我 ， 看 到 我 是 一 個 有 內 涵 的 人 。 作 為 一 名  師 ， 我 有 性 格 ； 作 為 一 名 藝 術 家 ， 我 有 創 作 天 份 ； 作 為 一 名 跑 手 ， 我 有 決 心 。 」 
    Mark 說 ， 他 一 天 是 全 職  師 ， 他 就 會 做 好 工 作 的 本 份 ， 空 餘 才 做 藝 術 創 作 工 作 。 他 說 ： 「 我 的 『 This is 它 』 品 牌 ， 和 我 重 新 『 起 跑 』 的 時 間 差 不 多 ； 現 在 這 品 牌 大 約 有 20 件 產 品 ， 包 括 cap 帽 （ 圖 ） 、 T 恤 ， 每 件 只 限 量 生 產 100 件 ， 賣 100 至 150 港 元 不 等 ； 暫 時 產 品 在 尖 沙 嘴 朋 友 店 內 寄 賣 ， 也 有 在 網 上 發 售 （http://www.pinstripediary.com))
