It's always fun to have a site full of happiness and laughter .... but with each online community comes love, jealousy, hatred, rumors etc.

Why cant we have a peaceful & joyful community ? There again, it's only human's nature to develop such different & extreme emotions.

I think it's totally immature to delibrately hurt & spread malicious rumors about anyone online. Why? That's because not all the people actually meet each other before. They cant judge a person based on their blog or writing. Make sure you know the truth. Always seek the truth instead of spreading & gossiping.

Most of us know there are squabbles, fights, jealousy going on here. Are these necessary? Certainly no. Why make yourself unhappy over such issues that shouldnt exist at the first place. Dealing with difficult people in your daily life is already so troublesome.

Online Relationships = For real?

It's possible that some can find true friends, lovers etc online but of course not all cases work out. We certainly congratulates those that did.

I am blessed with some true friends here, I am sure you guys do as well. We supported each other & share bonds.

Here comes the Haters.... it's very common that not everyone will like you even if you have never done anything to them or even talk to them. Some may even be jealous of you for no reasons. Some may even start mimicking you & your style. So simply ignore them . Stay Cool!

There again... If you guys are being stalked or harassed by anyone... dont keep it to yourself. Voice it out and get assistance. We're here to help too.

Some may just misunderstand certain comments made by others. Remember.. it's all text .... you cant feel the real emotions from the person ... that's where all the misunderstanding starts.

To anyone that likes or dislikes me . Thanks for the attention .

Nobody can be judged on writings, and like Jaine says, sometimes cultural differences can cause offence....I know my British sarcasm has to be stopped at all cost!!!

It's really unfair that someone can hate you and not even know you.

Remember jealousy is just an unusual form of flattery!

Choco Baby - Yeah ... it will be abnormal if there are no baddies around. Same for movies.... off topic....sorry...
True.. no point wasting time on baddies..focus on the good souls instead. Keep it fun.

Those that are jealous are probably people with low self-esteem.. hope things get better for them.

That's why I say true friendship can develop online and transits to a real life one .. : )

Lou - I do believe in the Balance...Karma too ... that's why we usually ignore malicious people. No point wasting our energy to quarrel etc. Lou you are certainly the kind & good energy : )

Yes I agree we all dont totally open up ourselves to anyone we have not met before. As for miscommunication... text plays a part, culture too.... that's why we gotta be real sensitive when tackling the issues...

i agree with lou, it's pretty normal to have "abnormals" ard. dont waste your time and energy on the ones you dislike... especially on ineternet when we are here for fun.

as for jealousy, i think jealous comes in lots of different ways. but cross jealous would be bad. and am sorry i have no sympathy for these crazy ppl.

Re Choco Panda: sometimes I hate internet .... can never tell what someone REALLY thinks :) i like to study people and watch their faces .. it's the only way to tell what they really think. there is this old English proverb ... "The eyes are a window to the soul"

i feel lucky that i have made some real friends on AnD ... just real in a different way to the people at home. they are my concern, i would simply support them in whatever situations.

I don’t question or investigate why certain people dislike me. I only know I am surrounded and supported by many caring people.

It would create an abnormal balance if we only have loving people in this world. I believe in our Chinese philosophy on “yinyan”, which is a process of harmonization ensuring a constant, dynamic balance of all things.

begone bad aura

yes, when you talk to people online frequently one gets an illusion that one really knows someone and in reality one doesn't. I guess a certain amount of trust is required that people are telling the truth and you are right, miscommunications happen so easily. Miscommunications not just because text cannot convey emotions but also because this is an international site and their are cultural aspects which come into play too. I don't know if you remember Judoka (Milan) but he took offense to the word bastard (no, I didn't call him one, I used it for George Bush) but in NZ the word is only a light hearted insult.

It's not only about me Choco Panda.. It's for all the people on AnD. Lots of misunderstandings can take place with a snap of the finger.
Ya true all the unecessary issues should never be taken too seriously but not to be ignored as well.
Gotta deal things in a professional manner too.
