So, on Friday and Saturday morning, we shot scenes for Far East Movements new video and they had me dancing like a fool. Love those guys. My weekend, pretty good so far. Good people, great love and beautiful days of past, present and look forward to the future. Not sure what to add or write so as always lets shoot from the hip. I sat and watched Magnolia by PT Anderson. It was the second time I've seen it. The guy can direct. It was simply just a great film. Then I thought, how awesome if I saw this movie, and everyone in this film, was not white. Try it, watch a great film and invision it with your favorite non white actors. Not shitting on them, but...I'd personally like to see more Sung Kang talking about "the cock" and then crying over his dying fathers body. Well, thats my random thought of the day. Mous.

Word, Mousa...I am right there with you. I would love to see Sung in a role like that. I am all about movies with diverse casts, and that's one of the reasons I'm writing screenplays. Dude, will you be at the FTG premiere Oct. 5?

gotta go with Shorty, dancing like a fool is the best way to dance. ^_^

re the non-white movie, I'll have to watch the movie to comment but I'm keen to watch Sung Kang in any role =) and not all of us (white folk) need to see Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner or Leonardo DeCaprio (although I do like looking at Leo ^_~) as the lead in films about non-white folk.

have you seen "crash"? or perhaps "inside man"? i thought there was pretty good representation of different ethnic/ cultural groups in those 2 movies...

Hahahaha! I cheered up a friend who was bawling her eyes out by getting her to imagine me as the next big kung fu star. Well, it worked! I was telling her how I wanted to be an actress, but in Hollywood, all I would get would be kung fu roles.
