  • Energy change, believe it or not!

    I've been attacked, being attacked by horrible mood today. I'm trying hard to neutralized it though but it's too strong for me to fight against it. 
     
    Frankly, I don't even know what's bothering me, just that I felt so grey so suddenly. (how I wish I were colour blind now!!) I don't even have answers to this weird feeling. Coincidentally I was talking to a friend who does meditation or healing, it's actually energy change today (1111) & it will takes effect for the next 2-3days too!!! It's "chi", the life force taking place these 3days. Believe it or not but I do feel different today. According to her, she said it's rather normal & just let it me & I'll be fine in a couple of days. Not too sure if anyone of you who reads this felt any different today, tell me if you did.
     
    Gosh, I wish it'll vanish in minutes, just don't wanna tolerate with this bad feelings whole day! Hopefully I'll gain more powerful & cheerful energy soon! This kind of feeling sucks!!!!!!!!

    Just out of curiosity, what's the weather like where you are?  Here in HK it is very suddenly Autumn/Winter.  Cold mornings, warm days, cool evenings, dark a lot earlier....

    Just keep your feelings and opinions to yourself when you're feeling this way. Don't wanna start any unnecessary arguments, cos you know how easy it is to do that when we're not feeling ourselves.  ;)

    Lol...well I felt pissed off today because of work, but I don't think that's got anything to do with the 1111...at least...I don't think so.

    Gosh u're scaring me...
    1 day is bad enuff...and i've been having this bad chi eversince i started work like 1 month ago. :S...HELP TOO!!
